Naomi Hattaway
Naomi is the founder of Leaving Well™ and a trusted guide to organizations and leaders navigating workplace transitions. Through her framework, she brings clarity, practical tools, and grounded support to a diverse client portfolio — helping mission-driven organizations plan well, lead well, and leave well.
Her work spans succession planning, interim leadership, and board development, rooted in a deep commitment to equity, accountability, and courageous conversation. She is a WBENC-certified business owner, recognized as a Women's Business Enterprise (WBE), Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), and Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB).
A speaker, author, and podcast host, Naomi has delivered keynotes across the US and internationally — and has lived and worked in India, Singapore, and multiple US cities before settling outside Atlanta, Georgia. Her love languages are accountability and really good playlists.

Ashley Waters
Ashley is a Strategic Operations Partner with 14 years of experience in marketing, communications, and executive operations. She brings structure, systems, and care to the Leaving Well™ team — supporting the behind-the-scenes operations that allow the work to move forward intentionally and sustainably. Ashley approaches every partnership with genuine investment in the mission, ensuring Naomi and the team can stay focused on the work that matters most.

Kelly Woolf
Kelly is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and strategic consultant with 15+ years of experience supporting mission-driven organizations through transition, growth, and transformation. Through Kelly Woolf Consulting, she specializes in strategic planning, organizational development, and brand strategy. As Chief Impact Officer at Multiplying Good, Kelly served as a senior leader for nearly a decade, working across every dimension of the organization and earning a deep understanding of what it takes to hold people, culture, and mission together through change. Kelly maintains a private practice and is part of Sixth Street Wellness, a collective centering BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities in work grounded in social justice and culturally responsive care. She currently serves on the board of We Got Us Now, a national nonprofit led by and for children of incarcerated parents.

Latrina Kelly-James
Latrina is President of Oya Strategies, a liberation-centered organizational resiliency and equity strategy practice. She brings direct interim leadership experience as former Deputy Director and twice interim Executive Director, and currently leads Training and Technical Assistance for the Community Based Public Safety Collective, building capacity for trauma-informed community violence intervention work nationally. A published co-author on equity practices in grantmaking and frequent keynote speaker, Latrina brings deep expertise in racial equity, trauma, and organizational leadership to every engagement.

Austen Smith
Austen Smith is a Black, trans and queer visionary, storyteller, and researcher with two decades of experience in community organizing, liberatory evaluation, and program stewardship. As founder of Our Lunar Intelligence, Austen works at the intersection of housing and land justice, arts and culture, and spirit-led narrative practice. Austen brings direct experience supporting organizations through founder-adjacent leadership change, federal technical assistance work with HUD on racial equity and homelessness response systems, and program evaluation across multiple sectors. A 2024 Research Fellow with PolicyLink's Spatial Futures Initiative, Austen is now partnered with PolicyLink to launch a storytelling series and develop policy frameworks addressing inequitable public resource distribution.

Maureen brings 25+ years of experience helping mission-driven organizations navigate leadership transitions, strengthen operations, and align strategy for lasting impact. With a background spanning philanthropy, education, and nonprofit leadership, she is known for her cultural humility, equity-driven approach, and her ability to support leaders through coaching, advising, and board development.
