You are the

Change Champion & Catalyst

ASSERTIVE | CONFIDENT | TAKE CHARGE

You likely thrive in dynamic environments and are quick to adapt, viewing change as an opportunity for growth.

You may also view change as an opportunity to lead, lead with determination and resilience, and inspire others towards transformation.

“Your archetype tells me that your ability to take charge and provide strong leadership — and your natural decisiveness — can help in making quick and necessary decisions.

You also tend to be resilient and can handle pressure well, which is crucial during times of change (which is likely something you’re fairly comfortable with - change, that is). If you know yourself to be assertive and confident, consider using those strengths to set clear goals and help overcome obstacles. Not only that, but your adaptability allows you to be flexible in adjusting to new roles or responsibilities.”

-Naomi Hattaway, Founder and CEO

Leaving Well for the Change Champion & Catalyst

People leave.

Resignations, terminations, transitions and other necessary endings are common challenges facing each and every one of us. Yet, we often behave as though the reality of leaving is taboo. The culture of leaving well protects your individual reputation (and that of organizations as well), preserves and promotes our mental health, and helps maintain professional relationships.

In other words: the way people leave is actually where we should begin.

You love taking action, accepting challenges, and achieving results.

As a Change Champion & Catalyst, you can rest easy that your values of competency, concrete results, and personal freedom can shine as you help folks through the challenges that can come during change and transition.

The Change Champions & Catalysts that I know are typically fast-paced and task-oriented, and place emphasis on accomplishing results and “seeing the big picture.” As a result, sometimes your confidence can come across as blunt or demanding.

Keep an open mind for opportunities where you can share your vulnerabilities, and try to practice patience and empathy as often as possible! Balancing your decisive traits with also showing sensitivity, taking time to listen for / explain details, and allow for deliberation will help support being the best change champion you can be.

Stay in alignment with your tendency to focus on results which allows you to support those around you with strong pioneering and commanding inspiration.

The best part? This also serves you at the same time. Because you have strong pioneering vibes, your archetype gives you all the superpowers when it comes to commanding attention and sharing inspiration, even during change and transition! When navigating your own workplace transition, understanding your archetype helps you leverage your inherent traits and strengths to make the process smoother and more successful.
