Need a speaker for quiet quitting, retention, and more challenging workplace transition topics?

This was so simple and poignant. The reflection and inspiration was a great experience. Naomi’s presence was powerful.

I've been told in the past that I should not wear sleeveless tops if I want to be viewed as professional, and on separate occasions it's been mentioned that my tattoos may be off-putting.

I strongly disagree on both accounts, and not only that, I challenge any old, tired, and outdated beliefs or opinions that directly or indirectly correlate my (1) power, (2) the strength of my voice, and (3) my impact in the world with anyone’s personal feelings about how I visually present or show up to a space.

The way you are handling workplace transitions is also likely old, tired, and outdated. Not only that, but it’s actively harming people—and not just those who are leaving your companies, businesses, and nonprofits. Your current model of navigating exits is harming those who stay, your reputation, your brand, and your mission (not to mention your bottom line, but that’s for another post).

While there are no magic fixes, and the work is 100% for the willing, I believe firmly that there IS a better way to think about necessary endings in the workplace (which is why commitment and courage are two of the key foundations of my work).

If you are weary of exits going poorly, feeling exhausted from what feels like a revolving door, and are ready to boldly claim your responsibility in this area, I am available to speak with your organization, administration, team, board, retreat, etc. in the following formats:

··· 10-15 minute talk in an “idea worth sharing” motivation style
··· 30 minute keynote
··· In-depth Implementation Class (I don't use the phrase "master class")
··· Fireside Chat
··· 1/2 day workshop or retreat
··· Full day workshop or retreat
··· Hosting / Panel / Facilitation

(this is also a beautiful opportunity to be proactive and inject preventative care into your leadership and workplace!)

If you are ready to book a speaker to talk to your organization about HR related topics, workplace culture, quiet quitting, improving your retention, building a more human-centered workplace, and more, learn more here: Speaking Page
